During my career I have come across many companies offering various services to help their customers develop their businesses. On many occasions I was always impressed with the slides, the content and how well everything looked. I guess I saw a lot of talking the talk. Then when these companies were awarded a contract it took time to find out that they were not able to walk the talk. I made a personal commitment that if I ever went into a business that offered value to companies I would only do it on the basis of delivering that value I promised. I also decided that I would not try and blind them with science with the latest most coolest slides. Companies that need help need to get the real picture on what is going on not some long winded fancy presentation on why it is not happening. My style is to work off the maxim, what you see is what you get. Whether it is in the area of purchasing, development of your team, driving sales, implementing effective sales processes including prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification, cold calling, closing the sale, key account management and strategic direction I promise I will deliver on not just talking the talk but walking the talk..
